We are currently in search of a proficient and Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess mastery in multi-layer welding techniques and demonstrate prowess across various welding processes.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Welding diverse small and large steel structures for projects or series production;
• Utilizing MAG 135, 136, and 138 welding techniques;
• Handling various welding positions, with a focus on PA and PB;
• Interpreting drawings, welding symbols, and applying MAG welding processes for compiling and welding single pieces or series work, ensuring visually appealing welds that meet approval standards.

Candidates should be prepared to successfully complete our Welding Test. The initial assessment takes place at our test & training center and evaluates skills like interpreting drawings and welding symbols:

• MAG 135 Process: Welder proficiency is assessed through a 15mm fillet weld, spanning four layers with ten beads. Weld height ranges from 12 to 14mm.
• MAG 138 and 136 Processes: Further evaluation encompasses MAG 138 and 136 processes. This involves evaluating the welder’s capability to execute a V seam, 15mm vertically upward with PF, while achieving a complete full through weld.

• Accommodation in a single bedroom in a shared house (maximum 20 min.drive from the workplace)
