Job description

Our partner Daily Fresh Food was founded in 1936 as a traditional butcher and now has been involved from a fresh specialist to a producer and supplier of meals. The core of what Daily Fresh Food is all about better food, better life! 

The company is currently looking for production workers to join its team! Cool working environment (+4- +7°C). 

Your daily tasks will include: 

  • prepping the meals, packing, and filling duties;
  • portioning and packing convenience meals;
  • wrapping and packing cardboard boxes of meals;
  • responsible for order picking, and scanning the products;
  • quality check of products and reporting any damage to the supervisor; 
  • industrial cleaning of productions floors, cleaning crates, and cargo; 
  • following food safety and hygiene guidelines;
  • different tasks depending on the department.

It’s a long-term, full-time job offer. Work is organized in shifts, 8 hours a day. Between 4/5/6:00 – 18:00 or night shift (22:00-7:00). 

The company will proved you with basic training and working equipment.  Duty times (be present at least 30 minutes before each shift due to changing clothes, etc.)

You have to wear long pants, and closed shoes, and no jewelry or fake nails/lashes are allowed in food production!

22,5% for working night shifts.
The candidate works ONLY on the night shift
(22:00 – 7:00 hr)
Saturday is part of the regular working
week, so 100%

Skills

  • CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
  • Experience in production or order picking will be an advantage;
  • Physically healthy and strong, be prepared for a physical job;
  • Ready to work in a colder working environment, below room temperature;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, precisely and accurate; 
  • Flexibility with working schedules and tasks; 
  • Ability to follow hygiene rules;
  • Ready to work together with multiple nationalities; 
  • Availability to stay in the Netherlands long-term.
