Miller conventional carousel lathe operator (€630-€740 net/week) , in Netherlands

Initially established as a manufacturing company specializing in producing large, thick tubular steel structures, Sif has successfully transformed itself into a comprehensive solution provider for offshore wind monopile foundations.
Our partner is currently looking for millers with conventional carousel lathe operators to join their team in different locations in the Netherlands!
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Machining large workpieces with precise tolerances, such as hulls, cones, and other workpieces;
- Working according to route cards, instructions and technical drawings;
- Setting the right programs;
- Using cranes and needed tools;
- Checking output quality and registering all on scan and route cards, reporting errors to your superior.
The weekly net salary is between €630 and €740.
The work is organized into three shifts that will rotate. You will work Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours.
This position requires a VCA safety course, a sky worker, and crane and hoisting instruction. But if you miss some, you can take the class directly with the employer.
This is a long-term, full-time job opportunity.
Skills
- CV in English is required for this position;
- 2+ years of previous experience as a conventional turner with a carrousel lathe;
- VCA safety course, sky worker, and crane or hoisting instruction;
- Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
- Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.

B1 level of English, German or Dutch.
