Car damage mechanic (500€-520€ net/week) , in Netherlands

Our agency partner is looking for new damage mechanic employees for various companies in Heerlen/Geelen, Gouda, and Dordrecht.

In this position, your daily tasks include:

• Vehicle Inspection: carefully inspecting the damaged vehicle to assess the extent of the damage and determine which parts can be salvaged and which need replacement.
• Component Removal: safely removing damaged parts, such as body panels, fenders, bumpers, lights, and interior components. This involves using appropriate tools and techniques to avoid causing further damage.
• Parts Salvaging: identifying and salvaging parts that are still in good condition and can be reused. This can include components like engines, transmissions, suspension parts, and electronic modules.
• Adhering to Safety Procedures: following established safety protocols to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents during the dismantling process.
• This can involve using protective gear, handling hazardous materials correctly, and working in compliance with industry regulations.
• Working with ADAS systems and fully electric vehicles

The agency provides:

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime;
• Starting salary between 18.00€ and 20.00€ gross/hour, depending on your experience. With good performance, your salary can increase exponentially;
• Company car, if needed;
• Accommodation in single bedrooms in shared houses (couples get double bedrooms).
