Why the Netherlands?

Europe's logistics powerhouse

The Netherlands is the continent's distribution gateway — home to Rotterdam, Europe's largest port, and Schiphol Airport, one of Europe's busiest cargo hubs. The country's world-class infrastructure keeps it hungry for skilled warehouse talent.

Top European wages

The Netherlands offers one of the highest minimum wages in Europe, with warehouse workers earning €14.71–€25 gross per hour. Shift bonuses and weekend premiums push take-home earnings even higher.

Accommodation provided

Agency-provided housing is available near your workplace for approximately €100 per week, deducted from your salary — far below Dutch market rates for private rentals.

Career growth

The Dutch logistics sector values reliable workers. Many entry-level order pickers advance to reach truck drivers, team leads, or logistics coordinators within 1–2 years, with salary increases to match.

English-friendly

The Netherlands ranks #1 globally for English proficiency among non-native speakers. You will work and live comfortably in English-speaking environments, especially in international distribution centres.

Strong worker rights

Dutch labour law provides robust protections: paid holidays (minimum 20 days/year), holiday pay (8% of gross salary), health insurance, and pension contributions from day one.

Great quality of life

From logistics hubs like Tilburg, Waalwijk, and Venlo to major cities like Rotterdam and Amsterdam, the Netherlands offers excellent infrastructure, public transport, healthcare, and a vibrant multicultural lifestyle.
