Accommodation provided

Agency-provided housing is arranged close to your assigned workshop for approximately €135 per week. Foreign specialists receive a €52.50 net weekly discount, and all accommodations are strictly SNF-certified with private single rooms.

Career growth

The Dutch automotive sector actively invests in technical talent. Many mechanics advance from general maintenance roles to high-voltage electric vehicle specialists, diagnostic technicians, or workshop team leaders within one to two years.

English-friendly

The Netherlands ranks first globally for English proficiency among non-native speaking countries. You will work and live comfortably in English-speaking environments, as Dutch workshops utilize English-language diagnostic software and documentation.

Strong worker rights

Dutch labor law provides robust legal protections for all workers. You receive paid holidays, holiday allowance (8% of gross salary), comprehensive health insurance, and employer-funded pension contributions from your very first working day.

Great quality of life

From Amsterdam and Utrecht to Eindhoven and Rotterdam, the Netherlands offers excellent public transport, safe communities, and a healthy work-life balance that leaves plenty of time for leisure and family.
