Dynalogic is seeking physically fit and motivated individuals for warehouse work across two active logistics centers in Woerden and Bleiswijk. You'll be working with a wide range of electronics and home appliances—ensuring fast, accurate, and safe handling of goods.

Job Responsibilities

• Packing various types of goods
• Loading & unloading trucks and containers
• Sorting parcels and electronics
• Order picking and labeling
• Quality control and final checks

You’ll work with both small electronics (e.g., phones, keyboards, monitors) and large appliances (e.g., TVs, kitchen equipment) using carts or lifting aids.

Requirements

• Basic English knowledge
• Willingness to work long-term
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor
• Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
• Driver’s license required
• Must provide a certificate of good conduct (processed in NL)
• Own work clothes required (safety footwear provided)

The base salary for the role is €14.44/hour, while the gross hourly rate with allowances and bonuses can reach €20.21. This includes:

+20% shift allowance

+8.33% holiday allowance

+10.92% holiday reserve

+€0.11/hour ADV compensation

Overtime bonus: +50% (above 40 hours/week)

Holiday pay can be paid weekly or annually (end of May), while employees will receive their first paycheck after two weeks of work.

• Work Schedule:
• Main shift: 00:30–08:30, Monday–Friday (starts Sunday night)
• Occasional day or evening shifts available
• 30-minute unpaid break per shift
• Possibility of Saturday night shifts
• Shift may vary by experience level (after some time, you may work at 16:00 or 22:00)

• Accommodation provided, primarily in Rotterdam
• Housing types: Flex Hotels or shared houses
• Company transport to work included
• Drivers of company cars receive €2.50/day (up to €12.50/week)
