Our client, Sam Groofing B.V., is looking for two motivated and responsible individuals to fill a diverse production role in their tree nursery.

Job Description:

This is a varied and responsible position where the candidate will be an integral part of the production process. The main duties will include:

• Filling bags with potting soil/substrate.
• Planting seedlings or plants into the filled bags.
• Carefully placing the potted plants onto pallets for distribution.
• Maintaining a high standard of quality over quantity.
• Working independently and taking responsibility for tasks.

Note that the salary for this role is €14.46 per hour, with weekly work ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week (with occasional Saturday work during peak seasons). Accommodation is arranged through AB Werkt, with a weekly rent of €120.50 per person.and costs will be deducted from the salary.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar production or agricultural role is highly preferred and essentially required.
•  Excellent work ethic and a strong willingness to learn are crucial.
• Basic English language proficiency (B1) is required.
• At least one team member must possess a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to working the entire agreed-upon period. Holiday requests must be discussed with the client in advance.

Employment Conditions:
