Production Worker (polystyrene mold production) Enter, Netherlands, in Netherlands

Job description

We are looking for motivated male candidates to work in polystyrene mold production. The company operates two production facilities in Enter: Vonderweg and Zuidermatweg, with the Vonderweg facility featuring a higher level of automation.

• Operating production machines.
• Removing finished styrofoam molds from the machines and stacking them onto pallets.
• Conducting quality control checks on manufactured components.
• Ensuring the smooth flow of the production process and preventing bottlenecks on the production line.

Note: The work is fast-paced, requiring good physical fitness, strong self-organization skills, and the ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously depending on the assigned position.

The workweek is from Monday through Friday, standard 38 hours per week.

Two-Shift System (Monday – Thursday):

• • Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM

Shorter Shifts (Friday):

• • Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 11:45 AM – 6:00 PM

In addition to the salary, there's 13% extra for shift workers. The estimated net pay is approximately €492 per week for individuals over 21 years of age working 38 hours per week (after deductions for insurance and housing).
