Your Role:

• Navigate our busy warehouse, walking with roll containers to prepare orders.
• Work across different departments, managing products of varying sizes.
• Picking with handscanner
• Walking with rol container(s)
• Normal temperature

Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Saturday, from either 9:00 – 18:00 or 11:00 – 20:00. Regarding overtime, public holidays and Sundays are paid at a +200% rate!

The role offers a competititve salary of €2,365.46 gross per 4 weeks, based on 144 guaranteed hours. This breaks down to €16.43 gross per hour. Salaries are paid every 4 weeks. Every worker benefits from a guarantee of 36 hours per week.

There are opportunities for advancement within the organization, paving the way for a fulfilling long-term career. The employer may offer the potential for a permanent contract after just 2 years of work. Advance payments of €75.00 per week are possible after your first week of work.

Requirements:

• A valid driving license: You may be asked to become a driver.
• Physical stamina: You'll be walking and handling products of various sizes.
• Precision and attention to detail: Essential for accurate picking.
• Gender: Candidates can be men or ladies
• Height: Around 1,68 m tall, with the option to pick from higher shelf levels. (Can be included with safety shoes)
• Previous Experience: Some experience with order picking –> Hand scanner is a must
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
