Our client, Martens EKO B.V. produces wood pellets, a sustainable, renewable energy source. Currently, it is looking for a production employee to join their modern facility in Venray. Job Description

As a Production Employee, you’ll be actively involved in the full production process of wood pellets. Your role will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Performing loader operations and forklift work.
• Ensuring production quality and efficiency.
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining workplace equipment.
• Working in a rotating 3-shift schedule alongside 2–3 experienced colleagues per shift.

The base salary for the role is €16.00 gross/hour. Employees will receive additional shift allowances for the work they performed during odd hours. Work is in three shifts, during the second shift they can get paid a 125% shift allowance (between 18:00 and 24:00), while during the third shift they can get an allowance bonus of 150% between 00:00–06:00. This is a stable, long-term position in a sustainable industry.

Requirements

• A driver's license is mandatory (all employees must have one).
• Technical work experience required.
• Forklift experience is essential; loader experience is a plus.
• Respect for workplace equipment and safety rules.
• Willingness to commit long-term (learning the job takes ~6 months).
