The client manages the warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and products for major global healthcare clients like Boston Scientific and ResMed. Because you will handle critical healthcare items, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for shipping.
• Use a handheld scanner to register products and manage inventory.
• Perform physical warehouse tasks, including walking and lifting boxes (up to a maximum of 15 kg; anything heavier is always done in pairs).

Flexibility is key in this role. Depending on the specific client's volume, you must be available to work both standard day shifts and a two-shift rotation.

• Standard Day Shift: 08:00 – 17:00
• Two-Shift Rotation (during busy periods): Scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00

Apart from the base salary, the role offers the following allowances:

• • Hours worked after 19:00: +25%
  • Saturdays: +50%
  • Sundays: +100%

Overtime Pay (Hours exceeding 40 per week):

• • Weekdays: 130%
  • Saturdays: 180%
  • Sundays: 200%

Cold Environment Allowance: A gross bonus of €80.00 per month (paid separately) if you are assigned to a client requiring work in a cooler/freezer environment.

Requirements

• VOG: A Certificate of a clean criminal record from the last 6 months is required in the application process
• Work Environment: Willingness and ability to work in a cold/refrigerated storage environment (cooler/freezer).
