FI&S is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join their Blending Team in Maastricht. You’ll play a key part in producing high-quality food blends by mixing ingredients, checking quality, and following health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate blending and packing equipment
• Measure, mix, and pack food ingredients with precision
• Perform quality control checks
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness procedures
• Wear protective gear, including dust masks and clothing
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Work closely with your team and supervisors

The salary for the role is €14.40/hour (gross, age 18+) in weekly payments, plus 10.5% holiday allowance and extra pay for irregular hours. The role supports a full-time (40 hours/week) workweek with the option for extra hours. Weekends are off.

Requirements:

• Experience in food production is or blending is a plus
• Physically fit: able to lift, stand, and move for long periods
• Good eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic English skills required; Dutch is a plus
• Comfortable wearing a protective mask for extended periods
• Able to perform basic math and batch measurements
• Team player who values safety and cleanliness
