Our trusted partner agency is looking for experienced injection molding operators to join their team in Zwolle, the Netherlands!

Their client is a global and successful company that makes (plastic) parts for aerosol cans. Injection molding involves injecting a liquid mass into a mold (mould). Injection molding is used to produce plastic parts from aerosol cans. As an injection molding operator you are responsible for maintaining, monitoring and correcting the whole injection molding process.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing periodic and preventive maintenance on the company’s tools;
• Converting molds from one version to another;
• Carrying out repairs to defective molds;
• Optimizing and improving poorly running molds;
• Solving electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems with molds;
• Making adjustments to molds;
• Troubleshooting mold problems in production.

The agency provides:

• This is a long-term, full-time job offer;
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime;
• Single bedroom accommodation in well-equipped shared houses.

Requirements:

• CV in English with previous experience is required to apply for this position;
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role is mandatory (preferably in the metal or plastic industry);
• Willingness to work in a 3 shift system;
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment;
• Ready to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay in The Netherlands for a long period of time.
