Our client, Dutch Grill Specialties B.V., is looking for a reach truck/stacker to join their team in Boxtel, the Netherlands!

Dutch Grill Specialties B.V., established in 1996 and headquartered in Tilburg, Netherlands, specializes in the production of grilled meat products. Operating under the trade name Group of Butchers, the company unites several local butcher production sites, each offering their own specialty meat products, to cultivate a diverse product portfolio ranging from cured beef to smoked sausages and filet américain to roasted and grilled meats.

Main Responsibilities

• Transport meat products to the shipping hall using a stacker or reach truck for further transport;
• Work indoors in a controlled environment;
• Operate in a cold setting with temperatures ranging from 15°C to -3°C;
• Perform tasks with minimal physical strain;
• Work primarily involves standing.

The starting salary for this position is €13.74 gross per hour (excluding an 114% shift bonus), increasing to €14.18 gross per hour as of January 1, 2025. Saturday work is paid at 145%.

Evening shifts are scheduled from 14:00 to 23:00. The position involves approximately 38-40 hours per week, and dinner is always provided by the company.

Requirements

• A CV in English is required to apply for this vacancy;
• Demonstrated experience with reach trucks and/or stacker trucks is essential;
• Ability to work in a very cold environment (15°C to -3°C);
• Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy environment (earplugs can be used if preferred);
• Adherence to hygiene standards: no piercings or long nails;
• Availability to stay for the entire period, with holidays discussed with the company;
• Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
• Availability to stay longer in the Netherlands.

You must wear long trousers and closed shoes, and no jewellery or false nails/eyelashes are allowed in food production!
