CNC Operator (€520 net per week) in Netherlands

We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines independently, including performing setups and tool changes.

All product specifications — including material types, tool numbers, lot sizes, machine configurations, pricing agreements, stock levels, and warehouse locations — are documented in a proprietary software system developed by De Mercuur. This system ensures that every employee always works with the most current and accurate information. All technical drawings are fully digitized and are updated immediately upon any change, guaranteeing seamless continuity between production runs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC machines (preferably CNC turning) (at least 1 year)
• Strong understanding of machine setup and tool installation for metal products
• Willingness to learn new machines and adapt to evolving workflows
• Reliable, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Compensation and Benefits

• Net salary of €13 per hour
• Overtime paid at €13 per hour net
• Housing and health insurance provided by the agency (included in €13/hour rate)
• Transportation provided (car, e-bike, or bicycle) or €0.23/km reimbursement for using your own vehicle
