We're hiring experienced Order Pickers for LIDL’s fruit and vegetable distribution centre in. Work in a modern logistics environment and be part of a fast-moving supply chain that keeps fresh produce flowing to stores across the region. The temperature in the warehouse is 10 degrees.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

• Order picking using an electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Voice system-guided picking
• Quality and quantity checks
• Stacking and wrapping pallets for transport

The salary for the role is €15.57 gross/hour plus bonuses for evening, night, and weekend hours. Work is from Monday to Saturday 36–40 (hours/week) in the evening/night shift.

The Following Shift Bonuses Apply:

• 20:00–22:00: 125%
• 22:00–06:00: 150%
• Saturday 06:00–18:00: 130%
• Saturday 18:00–06:00: 150%
• Sunday: 150%

Requirements:

• Experience with order picking (a must)
• B1 English (speaking and understanding – very important!)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive colleagues if neede4d
• Due to job specifics, Minimum height: 1,68m
• Flexible, responsible, and physically strong
• Able to work overtime and weekends
• No holidays during Easter or Christmas
• Long-term commitment (all year round)
