The company provides professional car body repair and refinishing services, restoring vehicles to high-quality standards. You will work in a professional workshop alongside experienced colleagues, using modern equipment and materials.

We are looking for an experienced Car Preparer / Painter to join the team in Nijkerk, the Netherlands. You will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles, repairing minor and major body damage, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing damaged car body panels for painting, including deep scratches, rust spots, and larger damaged areas.
• Sanding, filling, and smoothing surfaces to achieve a perfect finish.
• Masking and taping vehicles before painting, including small local repairs.
• Performing complete vehicle resprays and custom paintwork.
• Applying water-based paints and two-stage paint systems.
• Carrying out minor and major panel straightening.
• Removing and reinstalling vehicle parts when necessary.
• Checking finished work to ensure high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a car prepper, automotive painter, or vehicle refinisher.
• Ability to independently prepare car body panels for painting.
• Experience repairing scratches, rust damage, and larger damaged surfaces.
• Good knowledge of sanding, filling, masking, and painting techniques.
• Experience with water-based paints, two-stage paint systems, and complete resprays.
• Ability to perform basic body repairs, panel straightening, and assembly/disassembly.
• Independent, accurate, and quality-focused working attitude.
