Warehouse operator (with VOG) , in Netherlands

Syncreon specializes in the design and operation of supply chain solutions for automotive, technology, consumer home products, industrial, healthcare, and MedTech companies. They partner with customers to provide specialized logistics, operational excellence, and value-added solutions in fulfillment, eCommerce and value-added solutions, manufacturing support and assembly services, export packing, transportation management, and reverse engineering, repair, and service parts.

Our partner is currently looking for warehouse operators to join their team in Tilburg, the Netherlands!

There are two different positions available. 

As a light operator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Performing all-around tasks in either warehouse or manufacturing;
• Working precisely on small materials and electronic components, considering presentation;
• Processing pallets by scanning and labeling products;
• Inserting and removing cables and adaptors.

As a heavy operator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Performing all-around tasks in either warehouse or manufacturing;
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers;
• Moving heavy boxes (>23 kg) to and from the production line;
• Processing pallets with goods by scanning, labeling, sorting, consolidating, and counting products.

Additionally to the salary per hour, you earn a weekly paid holiday allowance of 8.33% over your salary and there are allowances for late hours and weekend work. All employees will work 32–40 hours per week, with the possibility of working extra hours.

This is a long-term, full-time job offer. Work is organized in different shifts depending on the department.  People might be requested to work overtime to achieve daily targets. At the workplace, you will have a place to eat, but you need to bring your lunch with you.
