Our partner, Albron, is a food and beverage service provider specialising in delivering healthy, sustainable, and affordable options. They operate in Center Parcs locations, which feature fully equipped cottages set in natural surroundings. The location is known for its wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, making it a perfect holiday destination.

They are currently looking for a waiter with experience to join their team at the Center Parcs location in Zeeland, one of the most popular sites!

As a waiter, your responsibilities will include:

Serving guest at the restaurant/snack bar;
Collecting dirty dishes;
Cleaning tables;
Preparing simple meals/snacks (fries, ice cream, etc.);
Preparing coffee and drinks;
Taking orders and coordinating with the kitchen;
Handling billing and settling payments;
Other related duties.

The starting salary for this position is €13.27 gross/hour. This is a long-term and full-time job position, with the possibility of working overtime.

You will work Monday through Sunday in shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with the main workload between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Shifts won’t be planned for more than 8 hours/day, and breaks will be agreed upon in consultation with the floor or direct manager.

New employees go through onboarding; you will get a buddy who will guide you through the training period. The first working days will involve simple tasks, such as cleaning desks, and then you will slowly start serving guests and performing similar duties.

Keep in mind that wearing jewelry or watches is not allowed on the work floor. Long hair needs to be put in a bun and mobile phones need to be put away while working.

Skills

CV in English is required to apply for this position;
Previous experience in hospitality is required (restaurants, hotels, bars, customer service jobs);
Fit and in good physical condition;
Hospitable and a warm and welcoming appearance;
Able to count and read Latin alphabet;
Education as a cook or waiter/waitress is a plus;
Sales-driven attitude and stress-resistant;
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
Willing to live and work with multiple nationalities;
Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.
