Team Leader- in Belgium (chicken hanging) , in Netherlands

Our partners in Belgium Plukon Dedemsvaart are looking for Operators (team leaders) to join the chicken hanging team. 

If you have experience in chicken hanging and you are natural people person and ready for more responsibilities and a high salary this is a job offer for you! 

Your responsibilities as team leader for Plukon will include:

• Working and make the same activities as other employees – hanging chickens;
•  Provide and adapt people from the first days of work;
• Coordinate people at the workplace;
• Communicate with Client and PrismaWorx Account Specialist -orders, performers, and activities;
• Evaluate people working performance;
• Daily checking people in line, solve problems at the workplace;
• Provide safety tools;
• Supervise safety and hygiene rules at the workplace among the team;
• Make training for new people. 

This is a long-term and full-time job offer. You have to be flexible towards working hours and tasks.
