N2People is our long-term and reliable Dutch partner. They are an employment agency focusing on automotive, logistics, and technical branches. Their mission is to find people who want to develop themselves in these branches and help them become true professionals.

Our partner is now looking for solar panel installers to join their team!

As a solar panel installer, you will install entire projects with a team of fellow installers.

You will be responsible for the following:


  • Assembling and setting up substructures;
  • Placing and connecting the solar panels on the roof;
  • Pulling and installing cabling in the meter cupboard;
  • Positioning and connecting the inverter;

You can also learn and grow to install inverters, charging stations, and heat pumps in this position. You will work in a team with professionals who are happy to help you learn and master everything in this field.

If solar panel installation is new for you and you think you don’t have much knowledge or experience—we have great news! The agency can offer you training so you’re fully prepared for your new position.

A weekly net salary is between €450 and €500depending on your previous experience. You will work 40 hours per week, and the salary is paid monthly.
