Job description

Berco is a leading supplier in car mats and truck interiors soft parts (chairs, beds). Thanks to continuous innovation & the use of the best technical machinery, all desired characteristics are mapped out to achieve customer’s expectations. The company is currently searching for production workers.

You will be following the production process, working in one of the departments of Berco.

Your main responsibilities are:

Checking configurations before starting the production process;
Simple production job, repetitive tasks;
Packing, labeling, sorting and loading final production for shipment;
Quality control of the products;
Cleaning the working area;
Other necessary tasks.

One daily shift, from Monday to Friday (07:30-16:20). Overtime is a possibility if there are daily targets.

Company provides a canteen & cafeteria, where you can take your meals/snacks during your daily break.

Skills

CV in English, with detailed experience, is needed to apply for this job;
Similar production line training & experience in a Production environment - are a MUST;
Motivation and flexibility towards all-round tasks and working hours (shifts, overtime);
Basic computer skills;
Team Spirit and capable to work independently, in a fast-pace, with minimum error rate;
Strength to handle potential heavy-lifting goods & capable to stand in vertical position during the entire work journey;
Willing for long term stay in the Netherlands (minimum 6 months).
