Job description

Our partners from the Netherlands Unilin are a company that company that manufactures wooden floors (parquet, laminate, vinyl). They are looking for wood workers to join their production team.

If you have experience working with wood this is the job for you!

Some of the tasks you will be requested to complete as an employee of Unilin may include:

  • Producing wooden elements that are used for floors or roofs;
  • Use of your knowledge of production and/or technical skills;
  • Operating different production machines like saws;
  • Helping carpenters;
  • Other tasks required in the factory like cleaning and organizing the work area.

 You will work in the factory with saws and some power tools. The company is known to have a friendly and welcoming work environment. Depending on the employees performance and motivation, after some time candidates can get a direct contract with the company.

Skills

  • A CV in english is needed to apply to this position;
  • Experience in production of wooden elements or as a carpenter;
  • Ability to work with different tools (saws, power tools etc.);
  • Understanding of simple technical drawings;
  • Motivation and availability to stay in the Netherlands long term;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
