Our partner is looking for order pickers with experience to join their team in s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands! You will work in one of the two departments; one is in a cold area, around 3-5°C, and the other is at regular temperature.

Candidates will be placed in the accommodation where they need to go by bike (until 10 km) or with an e-bike (until 18 km). All employees need to agree to ride a bicycle despite changes in the weather: rain, frost, or snow. 

Your daily tasks will include:

• order-picking according to the request list (weighs up to 20kg);
• sort, pack and assemble goods for customers;
• quality control of products, informing the shift supervisor of any product defects;
• compliance with safety instructions and regulations; 
• other related warehouse tasks.

This is a full-time job opportunity, so you must be able to work 40 hours per week. The weekly salary for 40 working hours is between €440 and €450 (before housing and health insurance deductions).  The agency and the company will provide you with working clothes.

In this position, you will have 20 days of training. When you start working, your target will be 180 picks per hour. After the training period, the target will be 310 picks per hour in the KW department and 285 picks per hour in the fresh department.

After the training, you will work in a two-shift system. Couples and friends cannot be planned in the same shifts.

At the workplace, you will have access to the canteen that provides a variety of food and snacks at a really good price. When you start working night shifts, the company will provide a free hot meal.
