The company operates in various sectors, including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture, and horticulture.

We are looking for Process operator of tracks production for one of our clients that is known worldwide for its progressive vision and technical innovations. This company is an absolute market leader of the front linkage systems on tractors, PTO and track systems. Our customer owns a modern steel factory where, in addition to their own products, they also produce semi-finished or end products for third parties.

As a Process Operator of Tracks Production, your primary responsibility will be operating, setting up, adjusting, and converting the process machines for rubber track production.

Additional duties include:

  • Ensuring continuous production of the process machines;
  • Performing first-line maintenance on the installations;
  • Conducting process and product checks to maintain high-quality standards;
  • Participating in improvement projects and other delegated tasks within the organization.

Skills

  • CV in English is required to apply for this position;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an operator;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant materials, with a specific emphasis on rubber and rubber processing;
  • Familiarity with quality techniques;
  • Prior experience in the production of rubber products is beneficial;
  • Willingness to live and work with multiple nationalities;
  • Available to stay longer in the Netherlands.
