Detacta is a company specializing in Heat Tracing, meaning that with the help of heating cables, the piping systems, tanks, fittings, and surfaces are kept at temperature or just warmed up. They have various assignments and projects in the process and manufacturing industry. Within a project, you perform certain tasks together with your other colleagues within the workforce. You will first do what you can and then learn what you want.

What the role looks like. Within this role you will be working on different projects nationally but sometimes internationally. These projects consist of assembling and also maintaining the Heat Tracing laid.

• You will be part of a small group of specialists;
• You will install heating cables with peripheral equipment and commission them electrically;
• You will manage a group of mechanics and/or study the technology;
• You locate malfunctions in Heat Tracing installations and solve them;
• You have frequent contact with the client and inform him/her about the operating instructions;
• You advise the client and/or colleagues on technical changes;
• You think along in the possible improvement of future working methods and operation of the department;
• You process data digitally on receipts and work documents.
