Henssen was founded in 1983 and has grown into a leading “cultural technology company” in the region over the last 35 years through steady growth and continuous modernization. They have 50 permanent employees who regularly follow training and courses in the fields of safety, technology, ecology, environment, creation, and functionality.

They are looking for Tractor drivers, Landscapers, and Lawnmover drivers with previous experience and tractor licenses to join their team in Schinnen!

As a landscaper, you will be planting shrubs, bushes, trees, and grass in public and semi-public places. In order to keep the street scene neat and tidy, it is very important that all green areas are properly landscaped and maintained.

Your other responsibilities will be the following:

• Planting of shrubs, bushes, trees, and grass in public and semi-public places;
• Removing trees;
• Lawn care;
• Tree care;
• Cutting grass with a grass mower; 
• Driving tractor.

You will start your work at 7:00 AM at the company’s location. From there, an organized bus will take you to your project location.

Every project is slightly different. It is possible that you will work at one location one week and at another location the next. Usually, you’ll be back at the company’s location around 4:30 PM.

The starting salary is €12.52 for people who are 21 or older. For candidates younger than 21, the starting salary is:

• €9.65 for 20 years-old;
• €7.24 for 19 years-old;
• €6.03 for 18-years-old.

An estimated weekly salary is around €440 after taxes and before deductions. There is a possibility of increasing your wage. 

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays. There is a travel allowance of €3 per working day.

This job position is physically demanding. You will always work outside, and on rainy days, your shift will be cancelled.
