Job description

Our reliable partner in the Netherlands is looking for a job coach to join their enthusiastic team!

In this position, you will work with a team in the automotive, logistics, and technical departments. Your duties will include the following:

  • Supporting employees and making schedules;
  • Developing effective job coaching and employment plans;
  • Communicating with employees to understand their goals and ambitions;
  • Other related tasks.
