VDL Groep, a prominent supplier in the precision engineering sector, collaborates with a team of around 200 dedicated professionals on diverse projects serving international customers in the semiconductor, optical, equipment construction, and aerospace industries. They specialize in producing high-quality precision mechanical parts and assemblies, often in small series, adding an exciting variety to the work. Situated in Eindhoven, their state-of-the-art facility houses a comprehensive range of in-house processing techniques, including machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, eroding, sparking), micro-laser processing, and cleanroom activities.

The company is currently looking for CNC grinder operators to join their team!

As a CNC grinder operator, you play a crucial role in crafting intricate parts, ranging from single pieces to small production series.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing tensioning methods and work sequences;
• Operating CNC grinding machines;
• Developing comprehensive work instructions;
• Vigilantly monitoring product quality and proactively addressing any potential compromises;
• Thoroughly inspecting products, recording deviations, and enrolling in necessary training;
• Upholding a clean and organized workspace.

The company will offer:

• Trial day, involving identifying and rectifying issues in a metal block;
• Exclusive morning shift schedule;
• Accommodation is provided in Hamont-Achel, with single-room arrangement (€100/week);
• You will work 38-40 hours per week.
