Clothing warehouse worker Amsterdam, in Netherlands
Job description
Our Dutch partner in Amsterdam is looking for clothing warehouse workers. The company’s assortment is clothes and all accessories, for example jackets, sweatshirts, shirts and pants for a G-Star RAW brand.
Your tasks will include:
- collecting orders using a hand scanner,
- sorting,
- replenishing
- packing, labelling clothes,
- quality control and other warehouse work.
Work can be physically demanding (lifting, moving, bending). Work times are from 6:00 to 15:00, from 6:30 to 15:30, the most common time is from 8:00 to 17:00 and the last shifts start from 11:00 to 20:00. Flexibility with overtimes is strongly advised. Company offers their employees a good salary per hour and additional surcharges of 50% on hours worked over weekends and public holidays as well as for hours worked between 22:00 – 7:00. Also, you will receive a weekly paid holiday allowances of 8.33% over your salary
During work day there is around one hour of break divided into 3 breaks. Coffee, tea, and water is available for free. There are also fridges and microwaves in the canteen.
Please note: If you live up to 10 km from work, you will need to ride bicycle to work. If you live 15 – 20 km from work, you will get an e-bike (bicycle with electric motor, faster). During high season however accommodations can be located far from the workplace (20-70 km). Transport for all employees is provided by the agency (bicycles / e-bikes or transit).

Skills
- Ready to work various warehouse tasks
- Motivated to work in the Netherlands for 2 to 3 months.
- Have good health, no back problems. Able to walk and stand all day.
- VOG (Clean Criminal Record document) is a must.
Language
You should be able to independently communicate in English
