Job Description

As a Rotomold Operator, you’ll be a key part of the production team responsible for manufacturing plastic parts for Tennant’s high-quality cleaning machines. You’ll operate rotational molding machines, set them up, monitor output, and ensure all parts meet the company’s rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotomolding machines independently
• Set up and adjust machines based on daily production planning
• Monitor the production process for quality and quantity
• Detect and resolve issues in the production process
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

The salary for this role is €16.58–€17.58 (including 10.5% holiday pay and irregular working hours) with shift allowances (119% for 2 or 3-shift work). The company pays weekly and can provide accommodation and transport if required. This is a stable, full-time job with at least 40 hours/week and an opportunity to work in a well-respected international company with modern equipment and facilities.

Working Hours

• Work is organized in 2 or 3 shifts, each 8 hours per day:
• Morning: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00–22:00
• Night: 22:00–06:00

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform active, hands-on tasks
• Flexible and reliable team player
• Previous production experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
