Our client, Zwiers, is a well-established meat processing company, and they are hiring expedition employees to join their team. The company is known for producing high-quality filet americain. Due to the nature of their products, work is performed in a cold environment (4–7°C) to guarantee freshness and shelf life.

Responsibilities

• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) and Forklift
• Weighing and checking pallets
• Registering products in Reflex software
• Coordinating with the warehouse team
• Loading and unloading trucks (outdoor work)
• Working under consistent temperature-controlled conditions

The salary for the role is €14.95 gross/hour with additional cold work allowance (+€0.20 gross/hour) and overtime pay ((>42 hours/week): €18.69 gross/hour (125%)). The workweek varies between 36 to 45 hours, including occasional Saturday work and fixed start times and variable end times. Also, there's an end-of-year bonus, which is 3.25% of the annual salary.

Job Requirements

• Valid EPT and/or Forklift certificate
• Experience with logistics and warehouse operations
• Ability to speak, read, and write English (minimum level 4)
• Must wear work overalls and safety boots provided by the employer
• At least 1 driving license required, preferably 2 among the team of 2 employees
