We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in the Netherlands. This long-term opportunity involves working with cutting-edge machinery to produce critical components for agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC edging machines (Trumpf, HACO, Fanuc)
• Shape sheet metal into precise 3D parts based on technical drawings
• Work independently and ensure the production of high-quality parts crucial to the manufacturing process

Requirements:

• MBO-level technical education or equivalent work-based experience (at least 2 years)
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, especially Fanuc, HACO, and Trumpf
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Completion of VCA Basic Safety Course (or willingness to complete it before the start)

Job Conditions:

• Working days: 5–6 days per week
• Hours: 40–48 hours per week (day shift: 07:30–16:15)
• Holiday schedule: Flexible, typically every 3 months in agreement with planning team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Net salary: €600–€680 per week (based on 40 hours)
• Accommodation: Provided by employer (private bedroom)
• Transport to work: Own car or company-provided (reimbursement: €0.21/km)
• Food: At own expense
• Health insurance: Optional via Holland Zorg, €35 per week
• Payments: Weekly, every Wednesday
