Job description

Our client in the Netherlands VRD is a family company that cares about their staff and clients. VRD are looking for experienced category C drivers to deliver and load their trucks from stores to the warehouse succesfully.
VRD has an extensive fleet of more than 45 trucks and 80 distribution vehicles, of which more than 90% are equipped with a Euro 6 engine. In addition, they also have 5 Terberg cars and 5 vans, each vehicle being perfectly equipped for the task for which it is used. 
As a category C driver working for VRD these are some of the tasks you will be performing:
  • eliver 10 to 15 “do-it-yourself” materials to shops on the daily;
  • Drive  the truck mainly in Belgium, from warehouse to the shops;
  • The truck is loaded for you but you unload at the clients by manual or electrical transpallet;  
  •  Driving a manual and automatic gearbox and are used to work with a board computer. 
  • Using the loading bridge.

This vacancy is full time and work schedules vary from 40 to 50 hours weekly so candidates must be flexible with shifts and hours. We are looking for responsible, experienced and motivated candidates. Salary can vary from 415€ to 500€ net salary weekly  depending on the hours worked.
