Are you handy with tools and looking for a stable long-term job in production? For a modern family company in Nieuw-Bergen, we are looking for a Wooden Packaging Production Worker. In this position, you will produce industrial wooden packaging such as crates, pallets, export boxes, and machine packaging used for worldwide logistics. You will work in a modern and clean production hall where teamwork, quality, and safety are important.

Together with your colleagues, you will assemble wooden constructions using different hand and pneumatic tools. You will receive clear instructions and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working.

Your tasks

• Producing wooden crates, pallets, and export packaging
• Working with tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and screwdrivers
• Performing general production and assembly work
• Following safety and quality procedures
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Working together with colleagues on custom-made solutions

Requirements

• 0–2 years of work experience
• Experience with tools or technical work
• Technically minded and motivated to learn
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Reliable and responsible attitude
• Able to work safely and independently
• Looking for long-term employment
• VMBO / MBO working and thinking level
