Warehouse worker (with EPT/OPT/Reachtruck certification and clean criminal record) Venray, in Netherlands

Our client, GXO Logistics, is looking for a dedicated and motivated we are specifically seeking candidates with EPT, OPT, and reach truck certifications. Candidates will have internal training and only then begin working on forklifts.

Additionally, candidates must be willing to perform the same duties as regular warehouse employees (i.e., depending on the department: order picking with hand scanner, packing, unloading/loading).

GXO in Venray is a complex of warehouses, each with its own specific job. In some you'll be packing clothes, in others, you'll be dissembling printers.

Daily Tasks

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Rotating through departments when needed
• Supporting team targets and assisting colleagues
• Loading and unloading goods from trucks
• Checking, sorting, and stacking products
• Moving goods with pallet trucks/forklifts
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized
• Stock control and basic administration

Salary 14.71 EUR gross/hour + shift allowances. Candidates will earn the base hourly wage and will receive a position-based bonus for the time they spend operating forklifts (after training).

There are also shift allowances that further increase the salary

• (evenings (19:00–00:00): +35%,
• nights (00:00–06:00): +45
• Saturdays: +50%, and
• Sundays & holidays: +100%).

This is a full-time role with a 32 to 40 hour work week and possible overtime during peak periods.

The company also offers travel reimbursement (€0.23/km if you have your own car). There is also a daily driver allowance (€4.50/day) and the company also offers a punctuality bonus (€150 every 4 weeks).

Requirements:

• A CV in English is necessary to apply for this vacancy
• Experience in the warehouse of a minimum 1 year;
• VOG (Criminal Record Document) is a must (can request and deliver after arrival)
• EPT, Forklift or Reachtruck certification and experience is mandatory;
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Flexible and motivated team players
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in early, late, and night shifts (5 shifts scheme)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
• Availability to stay long-term in the Netherlands
