Our client, in Venray, Venlo, Roermond, or Heerlen is currently seeking motivated and flexible team members to join its department. As a key player in our warehouse complex, you will work alongside advanced technology to keep our operations running smoothly.

About The Role

While they are primarily hiring for the Only department, flexibility is essential, as tasks can vary across our different warehouse sections. Your core duties will include:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking orders efficiently using cobots (robots).
• Logistics Support: Loading and unloading shipments, checking quantities/types of goods, and stacking cartons on pallets.
• Quality Control: Packing orders, labeling products, recording damaged or missing goods, and preparing them for shipment.
• Adaptability: Being open to diverse tasks, such as disassembling printers or packing electronic components, depending on department needs.
• Maintenance: Moving goods on pallets/crates, performing regular stock checks, and keeping the warehouse clean.

Note: The Only department requires a high level of physical activity and involves a significant amount of walking.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for the role is €14.71 gross per hour, plus additional shift allowances.

• All-in Rate: Including the 8.33% holiday allowance, the rate is €15.94 gross/h.
• Specialist Bonuses: Higher rates are offered for operators with EPT, Reachtruck, or OPT (High Storage) certificates.
• Contract & Regulations: This is a stable job with a formal contract of employment, with provided accommodation and work transportation. Employees also have the possibility to utilise ET regulations.
• Travel: Those who have their own vehicles will get travel cost reimbursements of €0.23/km.
• Relocation Support: Assistance in obtaining a BSN number is provided.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Communication: English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the logistics sector is strictly required.
• Work History: Demonstrated stability, including at least 6 months of continuous employment with your most recent employer.
• Availability: Ability to work a 3-shift rotation (6:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM / 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) from Sunday through Friday.
• Documentation: A clean criminal record provided within 2 weeks after the start of work.
• Mindset: A flexible attitude and long-term motivation to grow with the client.
• Accommodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom).
• Verification: All candidates must undergo a Video Call interview to verify professional motivation and relocation details.
