Warehouse Worker – Frozen Logistics (-25°C / -13°C) (OTTO Germany) in Germany

Join the dynamic field of frozen food logistics! We are urgently seeking candidates to start immediately as Warehouse Workers in our frozen storage facility.

Responsibilities:

• Work consistently in a frozen environment (approx.-25°C / -13°C) .
• Accurately perform order picking and goods preparation.
• Utilize manual pallet trucks (no forklift license required).
• Engage in active physical tasks, including frequent lifting and moving of items.

The gross hourly wage for the role is €14.00. There's also a substantial night shift bonus of 25% and employees can earn an extra €0.03 per item (Kolli) picked above 180 items per shift. The estimated net salary is around €2,000 net before accommodation costs are deducted. The company provides work clothing that's suitable for cold environments. Employees will be working the night shift (Sunday to Thursday, 20:00 – 05:00), approximately 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Language: Communication skills in German, Romanian, Polish, Russian, or Bulgarian.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, resilient, and capable of working effectively in a cold storage environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a cold warehouse is an advantage, but not essential—full training is provided.
• Accomodation: Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Partner: Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or a partner
