Job description

Join Anssems Trailers as a Robot Welding Operator and help manufacture high-quality trailer chassis and steel components. You will load components into welding fixtures, operate an automated welding robot, inspect finished parts, and occasionally perform simple MIG/MAG tack welds. No robot programming or machine setup is required.

You will work in a serial production environment, where you may perform the same tasks for several weeks or months to develop speed, consistency, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Placing steel components into welding fixtures;
  • Starting and operating the robotic welding cycle;
  • Inspecting welded parts for quality and finish;
  • Performing simple MIG/MAG tack welds when the production line is temporarily idle;
  • Following work instructions and quality standards;
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient production process;
  • Helping produce trailer chassis and other steel components using modern robotic welding systems.

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude or an interest in engineering and technology;
  • Production or manufacturing experience;
  • MIG/MAG welding experience;
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong focus on quality;
  • Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks;
  • Reliable and motivated attitude;
