Join our client, a modern Dutch logistics leader specialising in warehousing and distribution for the retail sector. At the moment, they are looking for skilled Reachtruck Operators to ensure the safe and precise movement of goods within their high-bay warehouse environment.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing inventory in a large, modern warehouse dealing with non-food products. Your primary focus will be high-level storage and organizational support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Precision Handling: Operating a reachtruck to place pallets on high storage racks at heights of up to 8 meters.
• Inventory Management: Stacking and organizing pallets effectively within the warehouse
• Versatility: Supporting warehouse operations with a heftruck (forklift) when needed.
• Shipment Preparation: Organizing and preparing goods for transport.

The salary for this role is €14.81 gross per hour, with convenient weekly payments. You will work under a formal Dutch employment contract with full relocation support (provided accommodation) and free transportation to and from work with either a car or bike.

You'll also have opportunitites to grow in your career and to learn Dutch. Lastly, you will also have full access to an employee portal for easy management of contracts, payslips, and documents.

You will primarily work in a one-shift system from Monday trough Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. However, there might be occasional Sautrday shifts (approximately once every 3–4 weeks) from 16:00 to 01:00.

Note that these are stable working hours in a modern warehouse maintained at normal temperatures.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proven experience operating both a reachtruck and a forklift.
• Certification: Valid certificates for operating forklifts are required.
• Communication: A communicative level of English.
• License: A valid Category B driving license is mandatory.
• Reliability: The candidate should not have changed jobs too frequently (preference will be given to candidates who have worked for at least one year with each employer)
• Accommodation:Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
