Are you a motivated and reliable worker with experience on a reachtruck? Lidl’s distribution center in Oosterhout is looking for a Reachtruck Driver for the freezer department. This is a year-round, full-time position in a dynamic logistics environment, where you’ll be handling food order picking using pick-by-voice technology.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Collecting, checking, and preparing food orders in the freezer warehouse (–20°C).
• Operating a reachtruck safely and efficiently.
• Meeting performance targets in order picking.

This job requires resilience, precision, and the ability to work under pressure in a cold environment. The base salary in your contract is €16,07. You get an additional 8% Freezing allowance and €1,15 ADV allowance, making the total amount €18,53 per hour. There are 5 to 6 workdays a week (Monday-Sunday shifts) You will be provided protective freezer clothing, receive mentorship from experienced colleagues in the beginning,with a structured onboarding program (first 2 weeks). Please note that this is an opportunity for long-term, year-round employment. Work shoes are mandatory at all times and mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during work.

Requirements

• Valid reachtruck certificate with practical experience.
• Valid driver’s license (required for flexible shifts/departments).
• Experience in logistics order picking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle pressure.
• Willingness to work in –20°C freezer conditions (protective gear provided).
