Job Description

• As a Production Worker, your main tasks include:
• Unloading large bags filled with returned cans and bottles from trucks
• Dragging, stacking, and organizing the bags on the floor
• Maintaining cleanliness in your work zone

Important Notes:

The work is physically demanding. Bags often weigh 15+ kg, and may leak residual liquids.Old clothes are recommended due to strong smells and potential leaks. The work environment is hot, though air conditioning is available. Safety gear (shoes and vest) is mandatory. Each day begins with a team briefing and floor walk. You’ll be trained by a buddy and supervised by team leads to ensure safety and efficiency.

Also, the base salary for this role is €14.40/hr gross, but with bonsues, allowances, and other additions, it may reach €28.80/hr.

Shift bonuses:

+35%: 06:00–07:00

+45%: 00:00–06:00

+50%: Saturdays

+100%: Sundays

Requirements

• CV in English is required for this position;
• Basic English (A2 level) to follow safety rules
• Physically fit (able to walk and stand all day)
• Before arrival a Certificate of No Criminal Record
