Production Prefab Concrete Worker (€600 – €625 net per week) Rotterdam area, in Netherlands

Job description

In this role, you will contribute to the production of prefabricated concrete elements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing molds and formwork
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
• Processing reinforcement based on technical drawings
• Inspecting finished products for dimensions and quality
• Performing minor maintenance on tools and machinery
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with team members while maintaining high safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in prefabricated concrete production
• Experience producing advanced prefab elements (e.g., sandwich panels, stairs, balconies)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic hand tools (can be provided if needed)
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently and in a team
• No specific certifications required

Employment details

• Salary: €15 – €19 gross/hour – approx. net weekly salary: €600 – €625
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
