As a Production Operator, you will work in a large and modern production facility with multiple specialized departments. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for various metal surface treatments such as galvanizing, plating, stainless steel pickling, passivation, powder coating, and wet painting.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Hanging metal parts onto racks for processing
• Removing finished products and preparing them for shipment
• Packaging completed materials carefully
• Supporting production planning and workflow
• Performing quality checks throughout the process
• Operating and learning different machines
• Monitoring chemical baths and topping up when needed
• Cleaning work areas, including maintaining process baths
• Occasionally taking on small coordinating tasks within the team

This is a physically active role where you’ll contribute directly to delivering high-quality products.

Requirements

• MBO (vocational) level of working and thinking
• Valid forklift certificate
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Responsible and reliable attitude
• Motivated for long-term employment
• Experience in metalworking is a plus (not mandatory)
