Production Operator and Employee (clean criminal record) Den Haag, in Netherlands

A leading company specialising in photo albums, calendars, and other personalized print products, is looking for motivated Production Workers and experienced Operators to join their team in Den Haag. You will be an essential part of the production line, helping to create high-quality, memorable products for customers.

Role and Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and technical aptitude, your tasks will involve various stages of the photo product manufacturing process:

For Production Workers:

• Order picking and mail sorting.
• Packing and unpacking products, including wall decorations.
• General work on the production line.
• Supporting Operators as needed.

For Operators:

• Operating specialized machinery such as printers, cutting machines, or coaters15.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the machines to ensure optimal production quality and speed.

Note: Technical aptitude and experience are required, but formal papers are not necessary

The salary for the production worker role is €14.40 gross/hour while operators will receive €15.54 gross/hour. Both positions will work in a three-shift system with allowances (130% on Saturdays, 150% on Sundays, and 200% on public holidays). Both roles involve working around 28 to 40 hours a week.

The shifts are the following:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00

Additional allowances include:

• 10.92% Reserved Vacation Hours
• 8.33% Holiday Allowance

Requirements:

• A CV in English with stable work experience is mandatory to apply;
• Criminal record check required before arrival;
• Technical Experience: Required for Operators only.
• Physical Aptitude: Must be physically apt to handle the demands of the job
