Our client in the Netherlands is looking for production employees to join their team in Posterholt (near Roermond). The company, Geelen Beton Posterholt B.V., specializes in the development and production of high-quality concrete floor constructions for various building projects across the country.

Job Description

As a production employee for concrete elements, you will be mainly responsible for assembling concrete reinforcing bars (foam-based) according to technical drawings. Your additional tasks will include:

• Pouring concrete with a machine on the production line
• Performing finishing activities, such as cutting or trimming the sides
• Keeping the production area clean and organized

You will work inside the factory together with a motivated and supportive team.

Job Requirements

• Similar experience is mandatory
• CV in English
• At least one team member must hold a valid driving license; drivers receive a €2.50 daily allowance for transporting colleagues
• Willingness to work for a longer period
• Availability to work in a 2-shift system
• Motivation and reliability are essential

Employment Conditions

• Hourly wage: €14.95 + 15% shift allowance
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
