As a prefab production assembly worker, you will focus on assembling high-quality timber frame elements used in construction. You will work in a well-organized indoor factory where precision and teamwork are essential.

Your tasks include:

• Assembling wooden walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Measuring, joining, and finishing wooden elements
• Operating modern tools and machinery (including CNC where applicable)

A typical workday involves reviewing drawings, preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring a clean and precise finish. You’ll work closely with colleagues and contribute to maintaining an organized and safe workspace.

Requirements

• Vocational (MBO/VMBO) level or similar thinking level
• 1–5 years of experience in woodworking or machine carpentry
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Skilled with hand tools and machines
• High attention to detail and quality
• Hands-on mentality and practical insight
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work with CNC and automated machines
• Passion for woodworking and craftsmanship
