Order Picker (clean criminal record) Moerdijk, in Netherlands

Job description

As an Order Picker at DSV MDK – Moerdijk, you will be working in a dynamic warehouse with a constant temperature of +19°C, handling products for SBD (gardening tools) and Scholl (medical supplies). This role is ideal for energetic and detail-oriented individuals.

Main Responsibilities

• Manually pick and pack products for orders
• Work within either the gardening or medical department
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing shipments

Note that the base salary is €14.71 gross/hour (with ADV), but with all bonues, it's approximately €16,71 gross/hour. Shifts in the gardening department are between 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00. The medical department's shifts are: 06:00–15:00 / 10:00–19:00. Weekend work is also possible and there are three unpaid breaks each day (2x 15 min + 1x 30 min).

Requirements

• Communicative level of English or Dutch
• Before arrival a Certificate of No Criminal Record (for accommodation)
• Driving license is a plus
• Availability for long-term employment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is welcome

Age-based wages:

• 18 years: €10.52 gross/hour
• 19 years: €12.02 gross/hour
• 20 years: €13.53 gross/hour
• 21+ years: €14.97 gross/hour

Shift allowances:

Mon–Thu 19:00–22:00 → +20%

Tue/Fri 00:00–06:00 → +50%

Mon 00:00–06:00 → +100%

Fri 22:00–00:00 → +75%

Saturday and Sunday – various rates (50–100% depending on hours)
