Job description

Join ID Logistics in Tilburg – a dynamic distribution center supplying a wide range of goods to MAKRO stores, including food, beverages, cleaning products, and more. We are looking for Order Pickers who will work in a clean and organized warehouse with a stable room temperature of 18–20°C.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a scanner
• Operate EPT and LLOP electric pallet trucks (training provided on the first day)
• Sort orders according to customer requirements
• Place picked orders in designated staging areas

Requirements

• English at an intermediate level or higher
• Willingness to work long-term
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 25 kg)
• Team player with flexibility and adaptability
• Experience with order picking or EPT/LLOP is a plus

Note that the salary for this position is €14.06 gross/hour with work in two shifts (06:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 00:00) Monday through Friday and occasional work on Sundays and Saturdays. Candidates will have two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute break during teir shifts (all unpaid). Additionally, the company provides free work clothes and safety footwear.

Bonuses & Allowances

Base hourly wage: €14.06 gross/hour

Shift Bonuses:

• 18:00 – 00:00: +20%
• 00:00 – 06:00: +40%
• Sunday: +50%

Overtime (after 40 hours/week):

• Monday – Saturday: +30%
• Sunday: +50%

Holiday Allowance (Vakantiegeld) – paid weekly or in May

Vacation Days Reserve (Vakantiedagen) – paid out on request or at contract end
