Job description

The client operates a large paint warehouse in Amsterdam serving the European market. You will work in a dynamic, normal-temperature warehouse environment focusing on the storage and order fulfillment of paint products ranging from large buckets to smaller cans.

Job Description

As an Order Picker, your primary duties will include:

• Picking buckets of paint and smaller cans accurately according to order lists.
• Handling inventory and preparing goods efficiently within the warehouse.
• Being punctual, reliable, and maintaining high standards of work performance.

The work schedule is from Monday to Friday (36 to 40 hours per week). with alternating weekly schedule (one week day shift, next week evening/night shift).

• • Day Shift: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Evening Shift: 15:00 – 00:00
• Weekends & Holidays: Saturdays on request; Sundays and public holidays off.

In addition to the base salary, employees get a 120% shift allowane for hours worked after 18:00 and 130% overtime for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Strong physical condition due to regular lifting and carrying tasks.
• Availability: Willingness to commit for a minimal stay period of 2–3 months with a long-term outlook.
• Accommodation: Willing to share a room with other tenants
